SMS/Text Messaging Program

Point Insurance offers an SMS messaging program to provide customer service communications, follow-up on insurance inquiries, and marketing messages to customers who have opted in.

Opt-In: By completing the quote request form on our Site and checking the SMS consent checkbox, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Point Insurance at the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions with us.

Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your text plan or data plan.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you re-subscribe.

Third-Party Disclosure: We use Twilio as our messaging service provider to deliver text messages. Your phone number and message data may be shared with Twilio solely for the purpose of delivering messages. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or opt-in information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Supported Carriers: Major US carriers are supported. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

SMS Terms and Conditions

By opting in to receive text messages from Point Insurance, you agree to the following terms:

  1. You confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile device and phone number provided.
  2. You consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Point Insurance related to customer service and insurance inquiries.
  3. You understand that consent is not required to make a purchase.
  4. You may revoke consent at any time by texting STOP.
  5. Point Insurance reserves the right to modify or discontinue the SMS program at any time.
  6. Point Insurance is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages caused by carrier issues or device incompatibility.
